Why Is there a replacement kit?
HTC has discontinued its Vive and Vive Pro 2 headsets. To ensure that the game will continue to operate smootly, we have partnered with DPVR. Note: Limited support for the Vive Pro 2 is available while supplies last. Remaining inventory is prioritized for in-warranty machines only.
Do I need a replacement kit for my Virtual Rabbids Machine?
If you have a headset failure with your original Virtual Rabbids, you will need to purchase the Headset Upgrade Kit.
My HTC headsets are still working. Can I order additional replacement HTC headsets should the need arise?
Unfortunately, no. HTC has decided to end-of-life the Vive headsets, and we are not able to maintain stock of them to support you.
I have one faulty HTC headset, can I still order a single HTC headset?
No, the original HTC Vive BE (Business Edition) headsets are no longer available for purchase. We would recommend purchasing the Headset Upgrade Kit as DPVR has improved durability and calibration accuracy. This will improve the life span of your Rabbids machine while minimizing the need for maintenance and operator intervention.
What’s included in the kit?
Does the Headset Upgrade Kit come with a warranty? The kit has a 6 month warranty, covering headset and cables only.
