(Singapore, 13 May 2010)
– LAI Games, a leading manufacturer of coin operated amusement
games, photo booths and kiddie rides has stepped up production of its
Snapshot photo booth to cope with the increasing demand since its release
in March 2010.
Alan Freimuth, CEO says that LAI Games already shipped 315 photo booths
into the market, Operators who got their hands on the initial stock tell
us that first collection are between $400 and $600 per week although
some reported even higher figures. Its early days says Alan, the more
units we get out onto the market the more we gain sales momentum, times
are generally tough for Operators but they seem willing to invest in
something that will add income and not just move coins from one cashbox
to another, a photo booth can add to a location's income and Snapshot's
size and looks will make it easy to convince site owners that they need
something for the girls and groups of friends.
Alan says, LAI was the first to promote the use of high value merchandise
in prize vending games with its Stacker and we think we now can also do
some good for Operators in this product category by offering a compact
affordable photo booth that has a lot more than basic strip photo options,
Snapshot is available for well under $8000 and has no Media Tie-In and
Operators can buy their prints from amy major retailer or from us for
around 16 cents.
