Dallas, TX, March 19, 2010
- LAI Games USA, the leading manufacturer of coin-operated prize vending
games, ticket redemption games, photo booths, and coin operated kiddie
rides, received the 2010 AMOA Innovator Award for their Mini Little
Masterpiece touch-screen coloring game at the Amusement Expo in Las
Vegas. LAI Games was one of only two
companies chosen for the highly coveted award out of 87 Amusement
Expo exhibitors. The AMOA Innovator Award recognizes the efforts
of manufacturers and suppliers in bringing exciting new products
to market for the coin-op and entertainment industry. Winners are
chosen by an all-operator panel and judged specifically on innovations
that advance the industry.
“We are thrilled to win the Innovator Award,”
said LAI’s US General Manager, Pete Gustafson. “It’s
important to us to continue developing innovative games that players
love and that earn well for operators. Mini Little Masterpiece is
one of those gems that not only entertains, but that also allows
children to express themselves creatively. It’s the type of
game parents encourage their children to play over and over again.”
Mini Little Masterpiece allows children to create
works of art via a touch-screen interface. Children choose between
four skill levels and select a picture to color from nearly 100
unique scenes. As a final touch, a camera takes their photo and
adds it beside their masterpiece, creating a unique souvenir.
Mini Little Masterpiece uses the same low-cost
photo media as LAI’s photo booths, and may be purchased from
a local or online retailer of the operator’s choice.
