- LAI GAMES continues its fight to protect Copyright and intellectual
Property Rights of their incredibly successful Prize Vending Game,
STACKER.
The November raid on a Chinese Manufacturer by Chinese Copyright
Bureau resulted in the confiscation of an entire production run
of Copy Stacker Games under the name of Aces High, Pile Up, Go Up
and Chase The Ace.
Further to this case, LAI has now started to collect and destroy
copy games that were already in the market prior to the raid.
Alan Freimuth, CEO of LAI GAMES stated, “We will continue
to round up copy games and take actions against companies that manufacture,
import, distribute or operate copies of our games. It’s not
an easy process, it’s time consuming and costly but we are
committed to protect our rights.”
